題目：The Energy Transformation in Germany – An Assessment

報告摘要：

The transition of the German energy system towards renewable energy sources and the reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions started more than ten years ago. It was decided to phase-out nuclear power until about 2022, start the promotion of renewable energy systems, for example with the Renewable Energy Act (EEG), as well as the systematic reduction of GHG emissions. The German federal government intends to regularly examine the status of its broad policy effort to transform the country’s energy economy. To this end, it has implemented the “Energy of the Future” monitoring process. A commission of energy experts has been assigned the task of providing a critique to accompany the federal government’s annual status report. The chairman of the expert commission of the German government to monitor the energy transformation, Prof. Dr. Andreas L?schel, gives in his presentation an overview of key issues and challenges surrounding the energy transformation in Germany.

作者簡介：

Andreas L?schel（呂安迪）教授，歐洲經濟研究中心(ZEW) 環境與資源經濟及環境管理所所長，海德堡大學教授，德國能源轉型監督專家委員會主席，IPCC 主要作者，西班牙馬德里大學/澳大利亞國家大學兼職研究員。研究領域包括：能源經濟與政策、環境經濟、氣候變化經濟、技術進步、應用微觀經濟、可計算一般均衡建模。多次參與德國政府及歐盟能源與氣候政策的制定，在PNAS, European Economic Review, Resource and Energy Economics, Environmental and Resource Economics, Energy Economics, Ecological Economics, The Energy Journal , Applied Energy等國際期刊發表論文56篇，出版專著或報告17部。
