         【時間】2017年10月26日（周四）12：00－13：30          【地點】明德主樓734會議室          【主題】The Impact of Information Provision on Government-pension Program Enrollment and Household Consumption: Evidence from a Field Experiment          【主講】遲巍（清華大學經濟管理學院領導力與組織管理系副教授）          【Abstract】We conduct a field experiment to examine how information provision affects individual pension program participation and household consumption. Compared to control, those who receive concrete examples of          pension benefits exhibit a greater increase in pension enrollment, and this effect is significant for those 45 years old and above. Furthermore, those who receive personalized benefit information significantly increase household consumption and the effect persists after the experiment. These findings suggest that our participants are more influenced by the income effect, i.e., an increase in perceived wealth, than the substitution effect, i.e., a reduction in consumption to offset pension contributions.                     主講人簡介：遲巍，清華大學經濟管理學院領導力與組織管理系副教授。1998年獲得中國人民大學經濟學學士學位。 2003年獲得美國明尼蘇達大學(University of Minnesota)人力資源管理與工業關系博士學位。2003年8月至2005年7月在美國堪薩斯州立大學(Kansas State University)任助理教授。2005年8月回國加入清華大學經濟管理學院。講授管理學、薪酬管理、人力資源經濟學等課程，出版教材《人力資源經濟學》。研究領域為薪酬激勵、勞動關系、中國勞動力市場。作為負責人主持了“當前部分社會成員收入分配差距擴大的現狀、成因和對策研究“（全國哲學社會科學規劃辦公室）， “我國收入分配中勞動收入份額的地區差異：現象、規律及原因”（清華大學自主科研計劃），并參與多項科研項目。于2008年獲得第一屆麥肯錫中國經濟學獎。在國際期刊Industrial Relations, Journal of Labor Research, Journal of Comparative Economics, China Economic Review 發表多篇英文文章； 在《管理世界》《管理科學學報》《中國軟科學》等國內期刊發表多篇中文學術論文。
