　　 9月23日中午，由經濟學院能源經濟系主辦的能源經濟研討會（Energy Economics Seminar）第七十四期會議在經濟學院明德主樓734會議室舉行。來自麻省理工學院博士候選人Michael Davidson進行了題為“Modelling the potential for wind energy integration on China’s coal-heavy electricity grid”的學術報告。

　　在本次研討會中，Michael估計了2030年，中國風力發電的潛在電網綜合收益為2.6千瓦/年，這僅僅為預計總用電量的百分之十左右。隨著煤炭種類的增加，風力發電可以提供很多的電力，占比可以達到中國2030年20%的非化石能源節能目標的75%。想要更好的利用風力發電，可以利用風力集成柔性電網，制定更為靈活的電力調度方案等，但技術操作方面的改進仍然對風力發電的利用有一定的限制。

　　本期研討會由經濟學院宋楓老師主持，經濟學院謝倫裕、秦萍、張曉兵等多位老師及同學參加了此次研討會，并針對報告內容進行了深入的交流。

　　能源經濟研討會由中國人民大學經濟學院能源經濟系定期推出，旨在為研究能源經濟問題的學者提供一個交流的平臺，以促進我國能源經濟教學研究水平的提高。

　　主講人簡介：Michael Davidson (戴蔚森) is a Ph.D. candidate in engineering systems at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His research involves modeling large-scale penetrations of wind energy, and examining the impacts of China’s power sector reform on renewable energy utilization through extensive in-country fieldwork. Prior to MIT, he was with the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) in Washington, DC, and in 2008-9 was a Fulbright Fellow to Tsinghua University, Beijing. He holds degrees in physics and Japanese studies from Case Western Reserve University.
