       5月15日下午，由經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院能源經(jīng)濟(jì)系主辦的能源經(jīng)濟(jì)研討會(huì)（Energy Economics Seminar）第五十九期會(huì)議在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院明德商學(xué)樓0310舉行。來(lái)自賓州州立大學(xué)地球與礦物科學(xué)學(xué)院能源與環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)教授Andrew N. Kleit進(jìn)行了題為“Issues in energy land management”的學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告。

       在研討會(huì)中，Andrew N. Kleit主要為與會(huì)者介紹了美國(guó)各州對(duì)于energy land的買(mǎi)賣(mài)的相關(guān)政策及現(xiàn)狀，深入分析了energy land買(mǎi)賣(mài)中天然氣廠商、交易中間人、土地所有者的行為。之后Andrew將與會(huì)者分成不同身份，模擬energy land的交易過(guò)程中三方的博弈，使與會(huì)者在實(shí)驗(yàn)中理解交易中不同利益群體的行為。

       本期研討會(huì)由經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院宋楓老師主持，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院黃瀅、謝倫裕等多位老師及同學(xué)參加了此次研討會(huì)，并針對(duì)報(bào)告內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了深入的交流。

       能源經(jīng)濟(jì)研討會(huì)由中國(guó)人民大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院能源經(jīng)濟(jì)系定期推出，旨在為研究能源經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題的學(xué)者提供一個(gè)交流的平臺(tái)，以促進(jìn)我國(guó)能源經(jīng)濟(jì)教學(xué)研究水平的提高。

       主講人簡(jiǎn)介：Professor Kleit`s role in the Penn State is to research and teach the interaction of weather and economic markets. His current research focuses on weather risk management and electricity markets. His teaching interests include weather risk management and the economic implications of weather while his research specialties include weather risk, and research interests in weather risk management, performance of electricity markets, the impact of regulation. Professor Kleit is the Program Officer of the EMS College’s undergraduate major in Energy Business and Finance, and the minor in Global Business Strategy.
