　　11月8日至9日，“金融化、金融制度與經濟發展”國際研討會在中國人民大學明德主樓728會議室舉行。此次國際研討會由中國人民大學經濟學院主辦、美國列維經濟研究所和學術期刊《政治經濟學評論》協辦、美國福特基金會贊助。來自美國、英國、印度、阿根廷及中國等高校和研究機構的40余位學者參加了研討會。
　　研討會開幕式由中國人民大學經濟學院盧荻教授主持。中國人民大學副校長林崗教授出席開幕式并致辭，他代表學校對各國專家表示熱烈歡迎，并祝愿研討會就相關主題展開富有成效的討論。經濟學院院長楊瑞龍教授代表主辦單位致辭，他表示經濟學院將為研討會提供優良服務，并預祝研討會取得圓滿成功。

　　研討會第一環節的主題為 The Financial Crisis, Financial Systems, and the Emergence of China as a Global Financial Player, 由英國倫敦大學亞非學院Jan Toporowski教授擔任主持。美國列維經濟研究所的Jan Kregel教授及英國倫敦大學亞非學院John Weeks教授和Ben Fine教授分別發表了題為Structured Derivatives Contracts, Hedging Exchange Appreciation and Financial Instability: Brail, China and Korea, The international financial collapse and the role of commodity money和Beyond financialisation的學術演講。中國人民大學經濟學院黨委書記張宇教授及其論文合作者、經濟學院趙峰副教授發表了題為Is There a General Trend to Financialization in Advanced Capitalist Economies? A Comparative analysis of USA and Japan的學術演講。中國人民大學經濟學院盧荻教授發表了題為China and world development beyond the financial crisis的學術演講。英國倫敦大學亞非學院Paulo dos Santos博士和印度尼赫魯大學C.P. Chandrasekhar教授進行了點評。
　　研討會第二環節的主題為Reforming Financial Systems and the International Financial Architecture, 美國福特基金會項目官員Leonardo Burlamaqui擔任主持。英國倫敦大學亞非學院Costas Lapavitsas教授發表了題為Financialisation and capitalist accumulation: structural accounts of the crisis of 2007-9的學術演講。阿根廷中央銀行董事Arturo O’Connell和Jan Toporowski教授分別發表了題為Central banks, financial systems and economic development和Regulating for stability: bank capitalization and the emergence of an international lender of last resort的學術演講。中國社會科學院助理研究員劉東民和中國銀監會處長楊東寧分別發表了題為US financial regulation reform and its impact on China Financial regulation和Overview of China’s Banking Regulation的學術演講。John Weeks教授和美國麻省大學William Lazonick 教授進行了點評。

　　研討會第三環節的主題為Financial Innovation and Reforming Financial Systems， William Lazonick 教授擔任主持。C.P. Chandrasekhar教授和Paulo dos Santos博士分別發表了題為Financial systems, investment and growth after liberalization: Some evidence from Asia和Consumption and production credit in a continuous-time model of the circuit of capital的學術演講。香港野村研究所孫馳博士和中國人民大學經濟學院程華副教授分別發表了題為Market-oriented reform of China’s commercial banks within China’s transition process – rethinking after the 2008 crisis和The strategies of installed user-base in two-sided markets: an analysis of the E-money industry in Japan的學術演講。人民大學經濟學院章艷紅副教授及其論文合作者黃雋教授發表了題為Bank business diversification, asset size differential and bank stability: evidence from recent US data的學術演講。Arturo O’ Connell和Costas Lapavitsas 進行了點評。

　　研討會第四環節的主題為 Financial Governance and Industrial Innovation Arturo O’Connell教授擔任主持。William Lazonick教授和英國塞克薩斯大學Kaidong FENG及其論文合作者清華大學沈群紅分別發表了題為Financial institutions for innovation and development和Reform of firms and resource allocation for innovation: the case of the Chinese power equipment industry的學術演講。中國社會科學院黃陽華博士和東北財經大學張鳳林教授及其論文合作者王蓉副教授分別發表了題為Exchange rate regimes, financial development and creative destruction: Schumpeterian hypothesis in open economy and evidence和Research on technology innovation of the large state-owned manufacturing enterprises in China: case study on Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd and Shenyang Blower Works Group Co, Ltd的學術演講。美國麻省大學李寅和中國科技部房漢廷副處長分別發表了Firm strategy, financial institutions and industrial development: business organizations in the Chinese semiconductor industry和Scientific and Technical Bank: exploration and practice in China的學術演講。Jan Kregel教授和Ben Fine教授進行了點評。
