1990: Graudated in Econ Dept University of Southern California in the USA MA and Ph.D.

1990~1998 Researcher of the KIEP(Korea Institute of International Economic Policy)

* Worked as Economic Research Officer at the Korean Embassy to Beijing 

1998~2001 Assistant Professor at  GSIS(Graduate School of International Studies) of Yonsei University

2001~Current Professor at GSIS of Seoul National University

 *Worked as Economic Minister at the Korean Embassy to Beijing
