　　　演講主題： Climate Change Impacts of Renewable Energy Policies: The Roles of Capacity Constraints and Market Power

　　　講演人：王敏 博士　　　 北京大學國家發(fā)展研究院助理教授，美國愛荷華州立大學博士，研究興趣包括資源與環(huán)境經濟學和宏觀經濟學。

　　　講演摘要： To fight global climate change and high energy prices, many countries are increasing government support for renewable energies, like solar energy, biofuels and wind power. The authors study the effects of these policies in the framework of dynamic equilibrium models,which incorporate two important features: market structure and capacityconstraints of renewable energies. Some interesting results are derived. The roles of market power and capacity constraints of renewable energies are discussed.
